Retourtermijn - Hoe lang kun je artikelen naar ons terugsturen?
Je kunt de gekochte artikelen binnen 30 dagen naar ons terugsturen.
Voor alle bestellingen die in november en december 2025 worden geplaatst, verlengen we de retourtermijn tot 60 dagen.
De kosten per retour zijn € 2,00. Deze worden in mindering gebracht op je terugbetaling.
Retourvoorwaarden
- Houd er rekening mee dat je artikelen alleen in originele staat mag retourneren. De goederen mogen geen gebruikssporen vertonen.
- Voor afgeprijsde artikelen gelden dezelfde voorwaarden.
- Schoenendozen mogen niet worden beplakt met de verzendsticker.
- Bewaar je verzendbewijs voor eventuele navraag. Daarop staat ook het trackingnummer voor het volgen van de zending.
Levering vanuit Nieuwegein
Het grootse deel van de bestellingen worden geleverd vanuit ons centrale magazijn in Duitsland. Een klein deel komt vanuit ons magazijn in Nieuwegein. Bij deze levering zit een retourlabel van DHL met ons adres in Nieuwegein. Je kunt dit label gebruiken om retour te sturen. Je hoeft het dan ook niet aan te melden.
Levering vanuit ons centraal magazijn
Je kunt je bestelde artikelen tegen een vergoeding van € 2,00 aan ons retourneren.
Heb je al een retourlabel ontvangen bij je bestelling dan kun je dit gebruiken om te retourneren.
Heb je geen retourlabel ontvangen bij je bestelling gebruik dan ons retourportaal en registreer je retourzending daar:

Aan het einde van het proces kun je eenvoudig een QR-code of een DHL-label downloaden voor je retourzending.
We hebben ongeveer 14 dagen nodig om de retourzending te verwerken na ontvangst van de goederen. Je kunt zien of het pakket is aangekomen door naar het trackingnummer op je bon, die krijg bij het inleveren van het paket te kijken. Zodra de artikelen zijn geregistreerd en de retourzending is verwerkt, ontvang je een bevestiging van de retourzending.
Wij zullen het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van uw retour terugstorten mits het product reeds in goede orde retour ontvangen is.
We vragen je begrip voor het feit dat je niet kunt omruilen.
Let op het volgende:
- Artikelen bedrukt met een naam, nummer en/of (club)logo worden niet retour genomen.
- Schoenen moeten in de originele schoenendoos in een extra verpakking teruggestuurd worden. Retouren waarbij de originele schoenedoos beschadigd is door tape en/of labels die erop geplakt zijn worden niet verwerkt.
- Onvoldoende gefrankeerde zendingen worden niet verwerkt, gebruik het retourlabel.
- Het creditbedrag wordt op het oorspronkelijke rekeningnummer terug gestort.
- Komt je oorspronkelijke bestelbedrag, door je retour onder de € 70, dan brengen we alsnog € 5,95 verzendkosten in rekening.
- Als de bestelling vanuit Nieuwegein geleverd is, dan is het bestelnummer niet bekend in ons retourportaal. Gebruik dan het meegestuurde adreslabel van DHL en lever het pakket af bij een DHL Servicepunt.

Cancellation policy
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days, without specifying reasons. The cancellation period amounts to 30 days from the day on which you or a third party (who is not the carrier) nominated by you has taken possession of the goods.

about your decision to cancel this contract, by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax, or an e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. For compliance with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that the communication about exercising the right of cancellation is sent by you before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you revoke this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; for the refund, 2.00 EUR will then be deducted from the total price of the return when using the return label.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier point in time.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of them that is not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
End of the cancellation policy
Exclusion of right of cancellation:
Exclusion of right of cancellation: Unless the parties have agreed something to the contrary, the right of cancellation does not exist for deliveries of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or provision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the specific personal needs of the consumer, and the right also does not exist for contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
